About Alex

I completed the professional Psychodynamic Psychotherapy training at the SAP (Society of Analytical Psychology) in London. Find out more about the SAP, a founder member of the British Psychoanalytic council, here: SAP website. I am registered with the BPC.

I have extensive experience seeing a broad range of psychotherapy patients in the NHS where I work with issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, abuse and personality disorders.

I have been informed by more contemporary, developmental and Jungian approaches to depth psychology as well as the tradition of Psychoanalytic theory. This has given me a keen psychological understanding, a respect for the individual and a rich, broad base of knowledge and experience from which to work and engage a range of clients.

I am seeing clients for 50 minute sessions once or twice weekly at a convenient consulting room near Finchley road/Belsize Park. I offer both in person and online sessions.
